The entity is registered only as American Reich LLC — a for-profit limited liability company. Donations to a for-profit LLC are not political contributions and carry no legal protections or disclosures. Members paying to "fund the mission" are paying into a private LLC controlled solely by Galien.

A man who guards the Constitution does not violate court orders. Galien was convicted of PC 273.6(a) — violating a domestic violence restraining order issued by a California court. He was sentenced to 90 days in LA County Jail for defying that order. He also accumulated 3 separate bench warrants for failing to appear in court during his 2014 case. Ignoring court orders is not what a guardian of the Constitution looks like.

His own "Phase I digital verification" would flag him as ineligible under his stated standards. He vets you. Nobody vetted him.
